The 0460426205-IIS is a remanufactured Bosch VE injection pump for the 1991-1993 5.9L 12V Cummins with intercooler. Bosch no longer manufactures new VE pumps for this application — every replacement on the market is rebuilt from an existing pump. Industrial Injection requires your pump as the core; sending in the wrong core part number means the rebuild won't be done because the internals don't match the calibration spec.
