At Dirty Diesel Customs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached and the apparel is in original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
