Description

Industrial Injection's Original PhatShaft Series drop-in turbocharger for 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (12V and 24V). The proven HX40-flange single-turbo upgrade for daily driving and towing — handles mild fueling upgrades, delivers lower EGTs, and gives the throttle response stock HX35-frame trucks are missing.

The PhatShaft ships with an extended-tip forged milled compressor wheel (62mm or 64mm depending on variant) on a 65mm turbine wheel. Available in 12cm or 14cm exhaust housings — Industrial Injection recommends the 12cm for both 12-valve and 24-valve trucks for faster spool. The exhaust nozzle angle is modified, wastegate ports are enlarged, and the wastegate chamber is opened up for full wastegate travel. Runs dual-grooved high-performance journal bearings, a 360° thrust bearing, and an adjustable boost elbow.
