Description

Industrial Injection's Viper PhatShaft Series drop-in turbocharger for 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (12V and 24V). The 68mm-turbine variant of the PhatShaft family — handles mild fueling upgrades and works equally well for towing, daily driving, or street performance. Compressor options are 62mm, 63mm, or 64mm.

The Viper ships with an extended-tip forged milled compressor wheel and 360° thrust bearing on a 68mm turbine wheel. Available in 12cm or 14cm exhaust housings — Industrial Injection recommends the 12cm for both 12-valve and 24-valve trucks for faster spool. The exhaust nozzle angle is modified, wastegate ports are enlarged, and the wastegate chamber is opened up for full wastegate travel. Runs dual-grooved high-performance journal bearings and an adjustable boost elbow.
