Description

Industrial Injection Race-spec cylinder head for 1998.5-2002 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L 24V Cummins. A fully CNC-ported and fire-ringed competition head running 120 lb performance valve springs for valvetrain stability at competition RPM.

Porting is performed on a 5-axis CNC cylinder head machine running CAD/CAM software dedicated to head porting. CNC delivers identical flow port-to-port for balanced cylinder fill, then each port is hand-blended for the final shape. Heads receive new heat-treated iron-based valve guides honed (not reamed) to size with diamond tooling, new stainless steel valves with nitrate coating, premium nickel-based non-magnetic valve seats, and a fire-ringed deck.

The intake shelf is milled off to accept a ZZ Fab side runner intake — required for the high-flow intake match this head is designed around. ZZ Fab side runner is sold separately (not stocked on DDC).
