2001-2004.5 Duramax Injector Screw In Cups (PDM-07020)
Description
Industrial Injection screw-in torque-lock injector cup kit for 2001-2004.5 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500 6.6L LB7 Duramax. The factory press-in cups are known for leaking, pitting, and seizing themselves to the injectors. Swapping to screw-in torque-lock cups during a head service eliminates those failure modes and gives a positive mechanical retention rather than a press fit.
This kit is the cup hardware only — the install requires tapping the head, which is best done at a machine shop. For the version that includes the cylinder head tap, install tool, and tapping fluid, see the PDM-07021K kit.
