Industrial Injection brand-new OE-spec cylinder heads for 2001-2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500 and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500 6.6L LB7 Duramax. Sold as a complete pair, fully loaded and assembled with new factory injector cups installed.
These are not remanufactured — they're brand-new GM-style castings with reinforcement added to address the cracking known to affect original LB7 heads. Every head is pressure tested before it leaves the line.
