The Industrial Injection 227410 is an S400 turbo install kit for the 2003-2007 5.9L Common Rail Cummins built around a standard V-band compressor cover. It ships with the intake, mounting hardware, brackets, and high-quality clamps and flanges needed to bolt an S400 onto a 2nd-generation-style swap manifold setup. The turbo and manifold are not included.
