Description

The Industrial Injection 5.9L Cummins Performance Head is a fully CNC-ported cylinder head, complete and ready to bolt on, designed for the daily-driver and weekend-warrior 2003-2007 5.9L Common Rail Cummins. Each head is jet washed, glass beaded, inspected, and rebuilt with upgraded valves, guides, seats, and springs before being CNC ported on a 5-axis machine and hand blended.

• 5-axis CNC ported using CAD/CAM software designed for cylinder head porting, then hand blended

Notes

• Heads are flow-tested on a Superflow 600 flow bench during port development
• Valve guides are honed (not reamed) using a diamond honing mandrel and verified with a bore gauge
