Description

The Industrial Injection II901-R1 is a performance-grade fuel injector for the 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke. It is built on a factory-machined solid body — no welds, no plugs — which eliminates the check-ball pressure failure mode. Internally it carries 100% new precision-fit upgraded spool valves with vented-slot coil technology, a new harness connector, and new plungers and nozzle assembly. Copper washer and injector o-ring kits are included for installation.

• Sold individually — order quantity 8 for a full set
• Warranty requires a regulated fuel return kit holding 65 PSI of regulated fuel pressure. The regulated return ties both rails to a bypass regulator and replaces the restrictive stock feed lines, eliminating the "dead-head" rail design and wide-open-throttle pressure drop
