This LoadLifter 5000 leaf spring leveling kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to your Duramax Kodiak or Topkick medium-duty truck. The adjustable air springs install between the leaf springs and frame to eliminate sag, sway, and bottoming out, keeping the truck level right up to its GVWR. Built from rugged components and air adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, it stands up to commercial and severe-duty work.
