Built for the 6.0L and 6.4L Super Duty, the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate works with the truck's leaf springs to add up to 5,000 lbs of rear load-leveling capacity. Adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, the air springs keep the truck stable and level whether loaded or empty, eliminating squat, sway, and bottoming out.
