2007.5-2018 Cummins V-Band Clamp (99506-0410)

Description

The 99506-0410 is the direct-replacement V-band clamp for the turbo-to-cast-elbow joint on the 2007.5-2018 6.7L Cummins. The factory clamp lives in one of the hottest, most corrosion-exposed spots on the truck — right at the turbo outlet — and rusts, distorts, or strips threads on high-mileage trucks. Replacing it is cheap insurance against a boost leak or a clamp failure that drops a hot pipe.

Sold individually. One per turbo. If you're already in there doing any turbo or downpipe work, this is a $40 part worth replacing while everything's apart.

Features
  • OEM-Spec V-Band Clamp for Turbo-to-Cast-Elbow Joint
  • Fits 2007.5-2018 6.7L Cummins
  • Direct Replacement for the Rust-Prone Factory Clamp
  • Sold Individually
Notes
  • Replace any time the downpipe is removed from the turbo — even briefly. The V-band clamp's sealing surfaces don't hold as well on second installations.
  • If you're doing any turbo or downpipe work, replace this clamp while you're already there. It's the highest-effort part of the job to access otherwise.
