The 2015-2019 6.7L Powerstroke is known for developing upper oil pan leaks where the factory uses RTV silicone to seal the pan to the block. Over time the silicone breaks down and turns into messy, recurring oil leaks. The SPE Motorsport Upper Oil Pan Gasket Kit replaces that RTV seal with a modern gasket built specifically to eliminate the problem.

The kit uses a bonded nitrile rubber gasket mounted to a rigid aluminum carrier. The aluminum frame acts as a crush limiter and gasket retainer, keeping the sealing surface in the right spot and preventing the gasket from shifting or over-crushing during installation. The result is a more reliable seal and a much cleaner install.
