This LoadLifter 5000 load support kit is built for the 2017-2026 Ford F-350 Chassis Cab (2WD and 4WD), adding up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity to your Powerstroke. It eliminates squat, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out so you keep proper headlight aim and confident braking and steering under load. Air adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI with an underframe design that works with most in-bed hitches, it installs with common hand tools.
