The LoadLifter 5000 air spring kit gives your 3.0L Power Stroke Ford F-150 up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity for towing and hauling. Adjustable from 5 to 100 PSI, it eliminates squat, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out for confident braking and steering. The underframe design installs with included instructions and works with most in-bed hitches.
