Description

Remanufactured Stanadyne DB2 mechanical injection pump for 1983 Ford 6.9L IDI trucks and vans. Restored to OEM fuel rates and timing, calibrated for reliable cold starts and smooth idle.

Every pump is fully disassembled, inspected, and rebuilt with new gaskets, seals, and wear parts. Final flow testing is done on a calibrated Stanadyne stand against factory spec before it leaves the bench. Bolts to the factory front cover, uses OE hard lines and shutoff solenoid.

Notes

• Standard-altitude calibration. Trucks above ~5,000 ft should run a high-altitude variant.
• Install fresh primary and secondary fuel filters at the same time — old fuel kills a fresh pump.
