Description

Industrial Injection remanufactured AD-code stock exchange injector for 1999.5-2002 Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke. A drop-in OEM-spec HEUI injector, rebuilt to factory tolerances and calibrated to deliver clean idle, smooth power delivery, and the cylinder-balance spec that makes the 7.3L pull right.

Each injector is rebuilt with new internal fuel plungers, new nozzle and nozzle springs, and new OE internal and external O-ring kits. Oil valves are remanufactured to OE spec at .004" armature clearance (IIS does not shim oil valves). After assembly each injector is calibrated on a Hartridge HA230 calibrator to ensure true 4cc cylinder-to-cylinder fuel delivery.
