Industrial Injection's Stage 4 Reman Injector for the 2004.5-2007 5.9L Cummins is extrude-honed and balanced as a matched set to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer. Built with brand-new Factory OEM internals and flow-matched at 55 LPM, it's a direct-replacement injector aimed at the 250HP / 130% over fueling level.

Notes

• Sold individually — order six (6) for a complete engine set.
• Industrial Injection recommends replacing the injector connecting tubes when installing new injectors to avoid contamination — connecting-tube debris is the most common cause of new-injector failure on the 5.9L Common Rail.
• Pair with a Silver Bullet PhatShaft turbo, Single S400, or compound setup, and a 120%-over Double Dragon Fire CP3 or Dual CP3 kit for this fueling level.
• Core deposit applies — return your old injector within the core window to recover the deposit.
